Reclaim New York FOILs for Mayor’s Office Records

Statement from Reclaim New York Spokesperson Jadan Horyn:

NEW YORK, NY – In light of Mayor Bill de Blasio’s recent agreement to acquire 17 properties for $173 million, New York City Comptroller Scott Stringer subpoenaed the Mayor’s Office to release records regarding the sale. De Blasio told NY1 that if Stringer “had asked for the information, we would have just given it to him.”

“We love that the Mayor is so open to transparency and we are officially asking for the records.”
